We don’t enforce hard minimums for screen printing. Embroidery typically starts at 12 pieces for setup reasons. Discounted per-piece pricing kicks in at 10+, with the best tiers at 50+ pieces.

Standard screen printing runs 10–14 business days after artwork approval. Embroidery runs 12–18 business days. Rush orders are available when the calendar allows — shorter lead times cost more. Plan to order 3–4 weeks before you need the apparel in hand.

Vector files (.AI, .EPS, .SVG, .PDF) work best. A high-resolution PNG or JPEG at 300 DPI or higher is fine for simpler designs. If you only have a low-res image or a printed logo, we can recreate or redraw it for a small setup fee.

Yes. After your request is submitted, we mock up the design on a representative garment and send a digital proof for your approval before any production begins. Nothing prints until you sign off.

We send an invoice once the order and proof are approved. Most orders require a deposit before production starts, with the balance due before shipping or pickup. Larger team orders can be split across players — just ask about invoicing options.

Most quotes come back within 24 hours. More complex jobs (multi-color prints, full custom embroidery, large bulk orders) typically take 1–2 business days. We confirm a timeline on every quote.

Screen printing is the most economical choice for t-shirts, hoodies, and jerseys with bold designs — bright colors, large logos, and multi-color art. Embroidery is premium and durable, ideal for polos, jackets, hats, and workwear with smaller logos or text. For most team shirts, screen printing is the move. For staff uniforms and corporate gifts, embroidery.
